One of the most famous tourist spot near ECR road is the 'Mahabalipuram' temple. It is a temple built near the sea shore and hence also called as the 'Sea Shore Temple'. It was built by the palavas around 7th century. I was astonished to see the flamboyant designs but all the designs become blurred because of the salty air. I could see most of the foreigners taking photos and looking at the notice boards keenly studying the past history of the temple. After visiting the temple I went to the beach and played with my friends. It was a nice day out there, if you get a chance to visit don't miss it.
